🐴 A LITTLE RANCH HISTORY

Cowtown Cabins isn't just a themed vacation rental. This property was a horse and animal rescue for approximately two decades. Today, the ranch continues to provide educational animal experiences, horse lessons and guided activities. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool that is sold. You're staying at a real animal-focused property—not a manufactured "farmhouse" theme.

🚗 GETTING AROUND

Uber and Lyft can pick you up and drop you off at the **ranch entrance gate**. Food delivery such as DoorDash and pizza delivery is also permitted, but drivers must meet you at the entrance gate rather than drive to the barndominium.

🔐 SECURITY & PRIVACY

The property has a coded entrance gate and on-site management. Outdoor security cameras monitor areas of the property for the safety of guests and animals. The ranch is private and not open to the general public. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Friends and family who are not registered guests may not visit.

NO PET & NO SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY

We do not allow pets. Cowtown Cabins is also service-animal exempt due to the unique safety risks created by the ranch's livestock and predator/prey animal environment.

🚭 SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the barndominium and directly outside the barn. If you smoke, you must walk down the driveway or smoke inside your vehicle, away from the stable and animals.

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Because Cowtown Cabins operates multiple vacation rentals, we do not offer early check-in, luggage drop-off or late checkout. Our cleaning team works on a strict schedule so every guest arrives to a clean, prepared home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
